Color Ramp for Stretched Data?

Hi, is there a way to make it so that the color ramp displayed in a legend reflects the stretched data of a raster layer? I've noticed that it doesn't change when the stretch type changes. For example, if a stretch is applied that makes it so most of the data is has the middle range of colors, the color ramp in the legend should be showing that. If the color ramp isn't adjusted, it isn't then showing the actual values displayed on the map. This seems like a major issue.

Thanks
