Can't customize Symbols

I launched Pro and loaded a dozen of layers from MapService. These layers have their symbols defined already. I want to customize them. However, after I launch a layer's Symbol panel, the Pro gets to closed automatically just in about 3-4 seconds. Is it a SW defect? Or how can I avoid it and do the symbol customization? Thank you if you can share your experience.

Hi @ShaningYu ,

It is possible that this may be an unexpected behavior of older versions of the software. Which version of ArcGIS Pro do you have? I´ve tried to replicate this behavior with the 3.1 version but it didn't close after launching symbology. Maybe you can try updating and it can get fixed!
