Hi @CharlescobBailey, I believe firstly it's important to determine if you're able to access your Portal from your remote machine via web browser. Just copy your Portal URL and paste into any of your favorite web browser (Chrome, Firefox etc) If you're still unable to, then it might be due to security settings configuration that you might need to consult with your IT. I would assume that there would be a VPN for you to connect to your remote machine.

Hope this helps 🙂

Cheers,

Neeya

ArcGIS Pro will not recognize the Enterprise portal URL to add portal

I'm working with Pro 3.1, Enterprise 10.9.1 and AGOL org. I'm using Pro on a remote machine which is the same one running Enterprise. It is connected to AGOL, but when I try to add the portal connection it fails saying can't find etc. I'm sure it's the right URL - the same one is working for pro on my local laptop. Is there something preventing the connection on the same computer running the portal? Or is there another setting preventing the connection? Thanks very much, cob
