topic Geometry Transfer Tool Not Working in ArcGIS Pro Questions

I have two building footprints polygon features. One has incorrect geometry (the same sitewide footprint for each building). I've tried following the solution in this thread, but when I click the target feature, nothing happens. I still have the same issue. The Abernethy portable building footprint should only be the two small detached rooms in the northeast corner of the screenshot. As it stands, the Portable and Main buildings have still have the same sitewide footprint. Is there a way to transfer geometry in Python? I need to do this for over 200 buildings and don't have time to edit them all manually.
