Excel File Automatic Updates with CSV/XLSX

Hello,

I have been trying to figure this out for a while, but I am wondering if there is a way to link data from an Excel file (either CSV or XLSX) to where it automatically updates in ArcGIS Pro when you update the Excel file.

I am able to bring in the excel file (which has northing, easting and elevation data as well as object ID and labels of what each point is) into ArcGIS Pro and create a feature class from XY data. I am unsure how to automatically update this data once I say add additional points in the Excel, or change one of the points elevations.

Has anyone done this before?

Did you find a solution yet? I do this a lot, but an example would help. For example do you have a spreadsheet with X, Y, Elev, <field1>, <field2>, etc.? Then you either add more features to your spreadsheet or you change field values / add new fields?
