Doing this with Pro gets the output I expect, but not with ArcPy. The fields are almost completely broken.</P><UL><LI>All non-Text fields automatically become Text.</LI><LI>All Text fields automatically have a maximum length of 65,536 characters.</LI></UL><P>ArcGIS Pro workflow</P><UL><LI>Add Database</LI><LI>Import XML Workspace Document</LI><LI>Set paths for GDB and XML</LI><LI>Import schema only</LI><LI>Leave Configuration Keyword empty</LI></UL><P>Python code</P><P>ap.management.ImportXMLWorkspaceDocument(GDB_PATH, XML_PATH, 'SCHEMA_ONLY')</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Are there some configuration settings that Pro handles under the hood that I need to set as well?
