    <description>&lt;P&gt;My computer was recently infected by a virus. The computer was barely operating, I couldn't save anything and needed to format the drive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to reinstall desktop and ArcGis Pro but it wont allow me, it says this device has it already installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I do a reinstall on the same device?
