Basemap transparency not updating

Has anyone else had an issue where the basemap transparency doesn't update once you change it? As you can see from the image of the map, my topographic basemap transparency is still showing even though the transparency is set to 0%.

We need a refresh button‌. Or is this just another bug? Panning and zooming has no effect.

looks like something has gone wrong. Try hitting CTRL-F5 with map view focused to refresh.

Didn't know that I could use F5 to refresh in Pro but will try that out, thanks

This had no effect. The legend in the layout area also does not refresh when changing labels for symbology items. I have to close and reopen the project every time I make a change to the legend.

Looks like your visualization cache has gotten into a weird state. You may need to clear the entire cache in order to resolve the issue.

go to the backstage Options menu, go to the Display tab and check the box for "mark cache for deletion" and hit OK.

For the legend update issue - that may be a known issue. Can you send a repro case to Support?
