Looking through our documentation &lt;A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/work-with-graphic-elements-in-a-map.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_FE53A0263B284E3D9C03AE8ACF901700" target="_self"&gt;found here,&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you are able to merge graphic elements through the Union operation in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
