I was receiving this same error in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.1. My solution was to shorten the names of the input Explanatory Training Rasters and convert them from TIF files to Esri GRIDs. I hope this helps someone else.

Using Forest Based Classification and Regression Tool (in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.1) to predict to raster. The tool runs fine when I use the “Train Only” option. However, as I run the tool using the “Predict to Ratser” option, it gives the following error:

ERROR 110187: The Match Explanatory Rasters parameter contains an invalid input.

I am using this tool since last year, and it was working fine on the previous version, i.e., 2.2.0. Recently, I update the ArcGIS Pro to 2.3.1 and facing many errors.

ForestBasedClassificationandRegression‌ randomforest‌ ArcGISPro2.3.1‌
