Calculate ratio?

Greetings!

A while back, I finally found reference to a tool that will allow me to calculate certain ratios in Pro. For example, say I placed a buffer around school locations, and then wanted to calculate the appropriate ratios of several census blocks within that buffer, so that I could calculate properly weighted demo statistics, based on the ratios of those census blocks within the buffer. Does that make sense?

I believe there is a tool to do that, but I cannot find it for the life of me. Can someone tell me what it's called? I found it before, but it wasn't named in a way that seemed intuitive to me and I can't remember it. It looks like it's available through the Insights platform, but I don't have that. I could swear it's available somehow in Pro.
