Hi there,

My organisation has been given access to Geospatial Web Services from the National Surveying organisation (OSI). In order for organisation members to use the feature layers, a generic Developer account for my organisation was set up, so that the OSI groups and layers could be accessed by my organisation.

Subesequently, each OSI group and feature layer within had to be copied to clone groups/layers within my organsiation AGOL account, so that they can be then shared/accessed by members in my organisation.

After following instructions and coppyinging the 35+ groups and layers, the feature layers will not open in Arc Pro or Arc map- which they are supposed to.

When this is attempted, the following error occurs:

ERROR:code:403, You do not have permissions to use this resource., Generic Server Error., Access to this resource is forbidden, regardless of authorization..

I am unsure if this is a problem with server access on my organisations end, or if there is authorisation access from the OSI service.

If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be very much appreciated.

Cheers!
