Issue with Location ID while generating Time Cube from Defined Location

Hi, Im using ArcGIS Pro 3.0.0 and trying to create a Time Cube from Defined Location

I have a standalone table that includes the value from many cities over the years. I used transposed field tool and converted the time field tool to create temporal data.

Once I joined the table to the shapefile and attempted to run the Time Cube tool, it threw error 000644: Duplicate IDs.

Then I used the Calculator field to create an integer new UniqueID field for each location and run the Time Cube tool again, it still shows the same Duplicate IDs error, but not with the field I just created but with the original OBJECTID in the attribute table.

Is it because of any steps in the creation of temporal dataset?
