Fields missing in exported feature class

I've exported a feature class (as a shapefile) from a layer I created from selecting features from another layer (using ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1). I right-clicked on the layer I'd created and selected 'Data>Export Features'.

When I (or my colleague) puts my exported feature into a project, some of the Fields from my original layer are missing.

Can anyone help?

@JonathanDunster I would check if all fields are visible before exporting the layer.

They could be missing or hidden from your initial export. You may want to look into that.
