    <description>&lt;P&gt;Aloha kakou,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m just getting started in ArcGIS Pro by following along a Udemy course. When I click Catalog in ArcGis Pro’s start page, it sort of freezes. When I hover over the program icon in the task bar (encircled in red in screenshot below),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2023-05-01 163400.png" style="width: 617px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/69623iD9BBED68E558B54B/image-dimensions/617x469?v=v2" width="617" height="469" role="button" title="Screenshot 2023-05-01 163400.png" alt="Screenshot 2023-05-01 163400.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see it has “tried” to open a new project, however, it does not appear: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="CyrusHowe_0-1682995236456.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/69622i322EE0099D7F734B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="CyrusHowe_0-1682995236456.png" alt="CyrusHowe_0-1682995236456.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m sure it’s some simple remedy but restarting my computer didn’t fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cyrus&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can try to run the application as an administrator. Also check the &lt;A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/arcgis-pro-system-requirements.htm" target="_self"&gt;System requirements&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can start without a template too. Once it creates a new Project, add the catalog pane accordingly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this does not work, check if you can repair ArcGIS Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
