Had the same issue. Seems to only work on rasters with 1-band. Converting from RGB to Colormap seemed to do the trick.

Hello, I have been trying to use the Compute Change Raster tool, which I have used successfully before, to see change in the foliage near a river between the years of 2020 and 2021. The main issue I have been experiencing is that no matter what I try, I keep getting Error 003562: From and To Raster must have same number of bands. The two data sources do have a different number of bands, with 2020 being 3 bands, and 2021 having 4. However, I have tried both removing and adding bands to preform this analysis, and no matter what I continue to have the Error 003562. I can't find anything on the error as well, so I must be missing something, please help.
