So one thing that could work, is first turn on your on-screen constraints (formerly dynamic constraints), then select the points that you wish to rotate at an angle, then click the rotate feature command in the modify features pane, hit the TAB key and enter in the angle you wish to rotate. Or you can manually rotate the selected points to the angle of your street. Would this workflow accomplish what you need?

Move tool - align with rotated map?

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to use the alignment functions with the Move edit tool with a rotated map? Right now, no matter what your map's rotation, it seems to treat north as up. I was hoping to use this as a quick way to align point features on a street in a city that's not quite north/south but even with my map rotated to match, the points still go N-S/E-W with the alignment tools.
