Hello - has anyone encountered any issues with publishing certain hosted feature layers from ArcGIS Pro 3.1 to ArcEnterprise 11.0?

Typically I right-click a layer in the TOC, select 'share as web layer', set parameters as:

No editing

Summary

Add tags

Time zone EST

Adjust for Daylight Savings

No assignment of unique ids - I want each layer to post at index 0 for access in open data

That's it. Very simple. Been using this method since Pro 1.x. Now everything just hangs on the Upload Service Definition stage.

Interestingly, the arcpy method for sharing: stageSDDraft>StageService>UploadServiceDefinition from my python IDLE works just fine.

This made me think that my Pro staging directory was somehow inaccessible to the hosting server, but I push vector tile packages from that location via python all the time and it still works.

Thanks,

David
