Hello, I took one basic GIS class a few years ago, so I am not entirely sure how to phrase this, but I am trying to make a water table/potentiometric surface map. I need to make a raster dataset of the groundwater level elevations below the surface elevation at 49 points within a mile radius. I already know the elevations I want to use does anyone know how I can make something useable out of it? Thank you!

You want to "interpolate" your points.

Comparing interpolation methods—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

There is no "best" method, but one method may be better suited than another.

You will require an extension for Pro (eg one or more of spatial analyst, 3d, statistical analyst)

So read carefully and perhaps experiment
