Picture fill as symbology return a box kind of pattern

Hi all,

I am trying to use my own picture as a symbology color for my vector layer.

This is my image:

And the result I am getting is the following boxed pattern:

Does anyone know if there is a way of fixing this and just coloring my shape layer with the original picture fill I'm uploading as symbology?

You should fiddle with picture size (even reset) and then set a proper reference scale to meet your requirements.

But in the end your picture will always be mosaicked, specially on irregular polygons. Maybe someone else could help you out with a better approach.
