Tool or procedure for classifying or dividing streets into blocks

I appreciate any possible help with the following:
At the moment I do this manually. To save a lot of work I ask the following:
Is it possible to divide or classify 50000 meters of streets (lines features class) into blocks of 10 contiguous parts with 5000 meters each on average? (see pictures). Some blocks maybe 5100 meters and others 4900 meters.
Is it possible with Model Builder or Python?
I use ArcGIS Pro 3.0.

I'm not sure if this requires an extension or what type of license is needed (possibly Advanced).

Below are instructions to split lines at intersections.

Split the lines at the intersecting points using the Split Line at Point tool.

In the Geoprocessing pane, search for the Split Line at Point tool.
Under Parameters, select the line layer for Input Features.
For Point Features, select Intersect from the drop-down list.
