topic ESRI Routing_ND Issue in ArcGIS Pro Questions

I am experiencing an issue while trying to use network analyst tools such as Closest Facility analysis and OD cost matrix when using the ESRI Routing_ND that is provided with our FGDB folders for Streetmap premium. After we enabled the Streetmap premium licensing, I was able to use the data within the folders and gain access to the NorthAmerica.gdb with this routing network dataset.

I am able to have it as my chosen network dataset in network analyst and begin a od cost matrix; however, when trying to import origins or destinations – they are not located and a warning error appears saying the point locations (i.e. building points) end up with a status ‘Not Located’. They still show up on the map as an origin or destination but you cannot run and solve the query for the OD cost matrix.

From browsing online the only similar post i could find is here: geocoding - Facilities all showing as Unlocated in ArcGIS Network Analyst - Geographic Information Systems Stack Exchange

Thanks in Advance.
