"Staging Failed" error when trying to overwrite a shapefile on AGOL

Hi all

Im trying to overwrite a shapefile held within ArcOnline with some updated symbology etc from my ArcPro and come acorss the Staging Failed error.

Ive run through everything I could find noted on this website Error: Staging failed (esri.com)

I was wondering if there was any other insights that any might have as I cannot figure out at all what is causing this error in this context.
