Importing SW Maps Project / Shapefile into Arc Pro

Hi, I have been given some data collected in the android app SW Maps. The project file includes a shapefile and linked photos. The Shapefile imports without trouble into Arc Pro, however, the path field that holds the linked image does not produce the desired picture popup. The only work around I can find is to look for the name of the photo and then find it in the photos folder that comes with the shared project files.

Is this working as intended (I'm sure I've managed to see an image that is linked within a pop up before)?

Is there a way to relink the image (and multiple images) within the file so that all points will allow the user to click the image pathway and see the relevant image?

Is your Pro project saved within 'John's data? The path should work then.

Hi David, yep saved within the same path as the shapefile. Is there a way to relink the images to the point?

where does the Photos folder sit in relation? What does you file tree look like?

The SW Maps application exports a project folder with the following hierarchy:

SHP, SHX, PRJ, DBF files
Photos folder with all associated images
A blank excel sheet named Fieldmap

Their location was dropped to the following on my laptop: C:\Desktop\SW Maps\Jons Ouseburn maps which directly contacts the shapefile & Photo folder. From this location I dragged and dropped the shapefile into Pro, all is good apart from when I click the point to load up the pop up, and click the image within the pop up Pro appears to load but nothing appears.
