In Exercise 2C, stuck on steps 1-3. when I launch the desktop app, I select the local scene template. A widow pops up with project name and save location. I follow step 2 and it would not let me save a project. No error message or notification. I can click Ok and it highlights the name blue. When I try to follow step 2 but name it something different, it pops a network error. When I save it to my documents folder, I can access the project but the buildings.shp is not there.
