    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply Lance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;File is not blocked, and we and our admins tried to run as administrator without luck. File is local as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a feeling that it is not the file but a policy setting on the computers having the issue. It is strange though that, 2 computers in one office installed without issue. 4 others have the same problem as me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will update what the solutions works out to be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>2.9.5 Patch install Installation Source error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We (at work) are trying to update/patch ArcPro 2.9.3 to 2.9.5. We have downloaded the patch file and when we try to apply/install it, we get the following Windows Installer error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our work computers are running on Windows 10 Enterprise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I and another colleague have installed it on our own computers without issue. His computer is on Windows 10 and mine is on Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/179840"&gt;@RobertHavens&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Right click on the patch file and go to Properties.&amp;nbsp; Make sure it is not blocked as a coming from another source.&amp;nbsp; If it is blocked there will be a note at the bottom of the properties with an "Unblock" check box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="LanceCole_0-1673217826456.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/59939i701EEFAC3B283092/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="LanceCole_0-1673217826456.png" alt="LanceCole_0-1673217826456.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) copy the patch file to the system locally, do not run from a network share.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) try running the file "As Administrator"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
