This way I thought to be able to overcome the 100 peaks limit within this tool.</P><P>While the tool did not return any errors, the output only gives me the results for the last analyzed subraster instead of returning the peaks in all 4 rasters (image below).&nbsp;</P><P>Below the image I paste the message for the batch process, which shows that peaks have been identified in each subraster.
