I know it is possible and could copy and paste from other files, but I would like to know how to set it up myself.</P><P>The text symbol callout is composite and made to look like a bubble with an arrow pointing to features in the map. I want it o stick to a chosen size when I zoom in and out.&nbsp;<STRONG>Reference scale is not what I am looking for because it does not do what I am asking.</STRONG>&nbsp;Again, I would just like to go from 1:2,000 to 1:10,000 and still be able to read what is in the text that I inserted into the graphics layer.
