Hi,

Each time I'm working with the TOC, select a layer from a group, and make a change, the group collapse. There is a way to leave the group open so I can do a change in and other layer without having to start over.

Hi Marcel,

Is the Layout View the active view when you are working with group layer members? If so, this is a known bug. To work-around this:

1. In the Contents pane, right-click the Map Frame containing the map you want to work with

2. Choose "Open"

This will open a map view of your map.

3. Make the changes you want to the sub-layers.

Thanks for the feedback.

Tom

Ok, I try in the layout activated and now everything still open between changes.

It's a bug but a good feature to add. In TOC, a button for activate or not automatic collapsing could be a nice improvement. Sometime you need to let it open to make change and other times the automatic collapsing could be a dream.
