Jerry - I'd suggest using the Make XY Event layer GP tool as it's a great way to display data that is updated frequently in the database.

In ArcMap 10.8 I had points plotted by lat, long in a map from a .mdb and when I update the database the map would update automatically when I opened it. But in Arc Pro I can seem to find the way to do the same thing. Does anyone know how this is done now. Please help!
