Adding multiple tracks to time animation

I am working on a map of the US with Alaska and Hawaii in separate map frames so that they can be shown in boxes at the bottom left corner of the map. Previously when I worked in ArcMap, I was able to create an animation that included tracks for each data frame, so that all of the states would animate over time in the layout view.

In ArcGIS Pro, I am not seeing a way to have multiple tracks in a single animation, let alone multiple tracks referencing multiple data frames.

I'd love some help getting an animation working that shows the data for all states animated over time in the layout view. Does anyone know how I can achieve this in ArcGIS Pro the way I was able to in ArcMap?
