WARNING 100160: Features have invalid geometry

Error #100160 is occurring while importing longitudinal and latitudinal as shapefile.

I did all the necessary procedures.

an invalid coordinate system was specified according to the help. Show the table and the inputs to the tool dialog to track down the error

Dan, A C/S was fed. (Check the screenshot). The inputs are fine as they worked on ArcMap standalone.

the points are not in decimal degrees, so you have to specify an appropriate coordinate system. perhaps it was a projected source like web mercator? Check

Yes, I kept those as Northing and Easting.

I assigned a new P/S from the list but the same happened.
