    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please be advised that the Classify Movement Events geoprocessing tool runs into difficulty when running the tool. An error message indicating a python function failure persists. I am hopeful with enough users wanting the tool for their workflows the tool will be corrected sooner rather than later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After testing with different Projected Coordinate Systems (PCS), I noticed that the error seems dependent upon the unit of measurement for the PCS&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Selecting a PCS with a unit of measurement of either&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;International&lt;/STRONG&gt; Feet&amp;nbsp;or Meters would allow the tool to run successfully&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Selecting a PCS with a unit of measurement of &lt;STRONG&gt;US Feet&lt;/STRONG&gt; resulted in the tool failing with the above error message&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This is defective behavior ESRI logged a defect against this tool&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;BUG-00015374 was created in ESRI's system and test result outputs have been provided.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
