geoprocessed points disappears

Am using arcgis pro 3.0,While am using the feature to point tool,the points got disappears while zoom in.I tried many ways but it still the same.Can anyone help me on this

What type of feature? points? multipoints? polylines? polygons?

only the last 3 make sense to use as inputs. see the image from the help

I would convert the cad to a featureclass in a geodatabase first to rule that out as an issue
