Create a Mosaic Raster

Hello, I'm using ArcGIS Pro and I'm tryng to do a mosaic raster from 410 scenes of a Digital Model Terrain, I'm using de tool 'Mosaic Raster' and 'Merge Rasters'. My question is: there is an option to set all the 410 scenes at once time? I'm mean, my option in both tools are click one by one each scene. Also, what is de difference between mosaic and merge? My Goal is to calculate slope in %. Thank you in advance.

have a look at mosaic datasets instead

Create a mosaic dataset—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

you can derive slope from them, and their creation is easier

To Dan's point, once you create the mosaic dataset, you can use Raster Functions to create slope layers and more!
