topic Pop-ups: Survey123 Link and Attributes in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hi, I would like to have a pop-up which displays attributes as well as the link to a survey. Currently, only the survey link displays.

I have created this in ArcPro and packaged it as a mmpk for an offline Field Map. My initial version contained no survey link and only included attributes in the pop-up. This worked just fine. The second version added the survey link and now only the link displays.
