Excel files not working in ArcGIS Pro

I can open excel files in ArcGIS Pro before. But now it is not working. Even the 'Excel to Table' and 'Table to Excel' tools are not working. I am trying to open a project with excel files in it but the project is not loading.

I can work with Excel files before and I have the Access database engine installed so I am not sure what the problem is

Did you upgrade Pro?
