ArcPro 3.0 Blend Modes in Layout View

I just updated to ArcPro 3.0 and opened a prior project with surface ownership polygons that were multiplying over NAIP imagery. I can still see this in map view, but when I switch to layout view I just get a blank box. I can only see my data if I turn the multiply off.

That sounds like a bug. I recommend reaching out to technical support as they can troubleshoot the issue, generate a bug you can track, and get in contact with the right people to fix it. You can contact them here: https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support

Yes, it's a bug. My boss and I had the same issue, he was working with ESRI support and they couldnt' figure it out.

I am having the same issue after upgrading from 2.9 to 3.1. All my John Nelson inspired Screen blend modes no longer work in layout view, but look fine in map view.
