Issue with the Process Composite Raster Function

I've been experimenting with the Raster Functions in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 (beta).

When I tried to make a composite of raster bands using Process > Composite, it names all the bands in the virtual composite Band 1 (see screenshot). The raster bands were loaded in ArcGIS Pro as individual bands and the data was raw Sentinel 2 jp2 files.

Hopefully it's just a beta issue and will be fixed by 2.0 release, but I though I should post anyway!

Did you try using the GP Tool Composite Bands—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop ?

Yes, this does work. However, the function I'm talking about here is a new one in Pro. As far as I understand, it creates a virtual raster in the project, rather than a fixed output. For that reason, it's much faster to process. It could also be incorporated into the new raster function workflows (which are similar to model builder).

This is more about reporting an possible bug in the new functionality, than seeking possible alternatives. I should have mentioned that to start with
