I'd recommend uninstalling the ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 patch to restore functionality. Go to your Control Panel -> Uninstall a program -> View installed updates and uninstall ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1 patch. This will temporarily resolve the crashing browser issue seen at 3.0.1. Then file a case with Tech Support.

I have install ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and updated to 3.0.1 in Parallels 17 with Mac Intel chipset. When attempting to launch the file browser, ArcGIS Pro crashes. It works if you enter the file parameters manually but attempting any launch of the file browser will crash the program.

This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed. It is only present in ArcGIS Pro not ArcMap. ArcMap has no issues with file browser capability in Parallels Windows 11.

Request that ESRI develop a patch for this issue. A lot of people are using Mac with Parallels.

Please note: I have done several reinstallations and even re-formatting to fix the issue to no avail.

Suggest patch 3.0.2 hotfix.
