share a map with snapping activated

Hello,

I want to share my map with snapping activated. I've tested, if I can share my map with snapping this way:

1. Activated snapping

2. Shared my map as:

- A Project Template / map package / Feature Service

3. Deactivated the snapping in the previous session, so I can see in the next session, if the snapping of the shared layer will be activated.

4. Snapping won't be activated automatically when opening Project Template / map package / Feature Service

Only the check marks in the contents pane > List Layers by snapping are the way as configured before sharing. Do you know a way to share a map, so that the snapping will be activated automatically (if it wasn't activated before)?
