Desktop Georeference Tools missing from Pro?

Hello- I've switched from ArcMap to Pro to georeference TIFFs which is easier in some regards but I've encountered a few hiccups I can't resolve:

How do I switch to georeferencing a different layer without closing the georeference tab? In ArcMap I could select what layer I wanted to georeference in the toolbar. With pro I'm having to close the tab and reopen.
Can I snap to a vertex layer like I could in ArcMap? I can't find this functionality in the snapping window.
How do I make the control point table display in meters? There is a button but it grays out after the first session is closed.

Once you select a raster from your content panel the georeference button will become available.
