Error selecting object

Good day everyone!

I'm using a ArcGIS PRO 2.8.0 and using Enterprise set-up

In the attachment you can see the following layers: road, road centerline, node, and pipeline. In this scenario I was selecting pipe (color green / solid line type). But for some reason I wasn't able to select the pipes, although if I window select largely I could select my subject - Seems the object displayed in the screen is outdated (twice scenario first it was above then second below the green pipes), although i have zoom this in and out and expected was refreshed.

My question is this happen to others? is this network related? Video card specs related?
