Adding xlsx to map using ArcGIS Pro

Is there anyone able to add xlsx sheet to layer using ArcGIS Pro 3.0?

After I upgrade my ArcGIS pro 2.93 to 3.0, it just wasn't able to add any xlsx as standalone table. it also seem to have problem opening my past projects which utilize this feature.

Different from the error I used to get in 2.X when Microsoft Access Engine wasn't compatible, ArcGIS pro 3.0 doesn't return any error message when it had trouble adding xlsx sheet. It just keep trying loading and prevent you from closing the software.

Maybe I should conduct a clean re-install for better consistency, but I wonder if anyone is able to add xlsx using ArcGIS Pro 3.0.

Yes, I am able to load both .xls and .xlsx worksheets into Pro 3.0 without issues (on three different computers/installs).

I followed this article for a previous version before so I didn't think that was the same case.

When I revisited the link today, I realized that I failed to notice there are something else I need to re-install besides "Microsoft .NET 6 Desktop Runtime"

Now my ArcPro 3.0 is working properly.
