ArcGIS Pro 3.0 Fields View no longer functions the same (Domains)

After upgrading to 3.0 I can no longer change Domains in the Fields View of the Attribute Table. Has this been replaced in a different location in the software with the update?

So it looks like if you load a 2.9x APRX file and try to make domain changes it won't allow it and only show it as read-only. I tried saving my APRX as a 3.0 version but it still was stuck in read-only. However if you start a brand new APRX instance with the same data sources it works fine.

If anyone has a different experience I would love to hear about it.
