      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Larry,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try using the Share Package tool to share the data to ArcGIS Online? If you have a SLPK this is the workflow for sharing the data to AGOL or Portal. If you had the original feature data and wanted to create a scene layer in AGOL then that is when you would use the share as web layer or share as web scene workflow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
