Hello Members.

( I am attaching the required layer file for which i am requesting the help)

I need to digitize a canal network. I got a layer file from an official website. Now i am not able to extract any data from this layer file or even clip it to required portion.

Can someone help me in

1. clipping a part of it using ARCGIS Pro or maps.

2. Help me in finding how to digitize it other than point by point drawing over the existing layer.

Help me extract data like attributes from the given layer file.

Just a note. Most people will not open a file from a layer like that on their own machine. I won't.

However, if it is a layer file from an official web site then the data probably belongs to someone else and you do not have permissions to edit it. Only view
