topic Importing feature classes to a file geo database in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Im new to ArcGIS pro and GIS in general. When I have successfully imported feature classes from a folder on my computer to a file geodata base (under databases tab in catalog) the feature classes do not show up in my file geodata base unless I close the project I am working on and then re-open it. They will then appear as they should. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Im guessing the latter, cheers.

Thank you very much indeed

Did you try right-clicking on the geodatabase and in the resulting contextual menu selecting Refresh? That’s been required for two decades, and it’s still a requirement in ArcGIS Pro.

— Andy
