It has worked fine until a week or two ago. Since then, the string has not worked. After it is introduced, I try to perform a function with it, and then it returns "RuntimeError: Failed to create layer from service at http://. . ." When I go to the website, it says "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable." The unavailable website is the one found in the JSON string, <A href="http://maps1.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/USA_Federal_Lands/MapServer" target="_blank">http://maps1.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/USA_Federal_Lands/MapServer</A>.&nbsp;</P><P>What is going on with the JSON string?
