topic Identify events from Spatiotemporal Cube in ArcGIS Pro Questions

I'm doing research on identifying the drought events from a long time series of drought index. I have created a Spatiotemporal Cube from multidimensional raster layers successfully, but I cant go through it cause there isn't any effective way to get the “Spatiotemporal drought events” by setting a threshold range. In response to this problem, I consulted some literature in an attempt to create a Spatiotemporal Data Model for Real-time GIS(references: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/288372775_Spatiotemporal_Data_Model_for_Real-time_GIS ) ，But my development level is limited and I cant understand and complete it. If you see this post and have relevant experience and ideas, please contact me, I would be very grateful~
